What you'll do

Own the pipelines and data models for product, treasury, finance, accounting, and compliance teams.
Ingest and model large-scale on-chain data from multiple blockchains while handling reorgs and schema changes.
Design data requirements, business logic, and pipelines to track and verify regulatory obligations.
Build automated frameworks for data quality checks, reconciliation, and real-time alerting systems.
Develop scalable automated solutions using SQL, Python, orchestration tools, and AI.
Review code and designs while mentoring junior engineers on the team.
Document data products and educate non-technical audiences on the inner workings of financial systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field or equivalent experience.
6+ years of experience building and operating production data pipelines and models.
Proficiency in SQL and Python.
Experience with a modern data stack including a cloud data warehouse, an orchestrator like Airflow, and a transformation tool like dbt.
Experience owning a data domain end to end.
Strong communication skills to explain technical systems to non-technical audiences.
Strong collaboration skills to align product engineering, data, finance, accounting, treasury, and compliance teams.
Experience with blockchain data, financial services, banking, or other regulated industries (preferred).
