What you'll do

Lead the automation of complex workflows using Python, JSON, Composer, and Airflow.
Implement best-in-class data security, access control, and lineage tracking initiatives.
Mentor junior data engineers through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and Git practices.
Ensure data quality by designing comprehensive monitoring dashboards and maintaining rigorous data models.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience as a data engineer with demonstrated leadership
Expert skills in Python, SQL, and proficiency in Google Cloud Services
Experience building and maintaining complex data pipelines and troubleshooting issues
Proficiency in Airflow for automating and optimizing data workflows
Experience leading a team with Git expertise and mentoring junior engineers
Strong background in designing advanced data models and enabling optimizations
Google Cloud Professional Certifications preferred, such as Cloud Data Engineer
