Senior Data Center Construction Manager

What you'll do

• Lead onsite construction activities to ensure safety, schedule adherence, budget compliance, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, risk registers, and documentation for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to resolve field issues and manage change requests effectively.
• Implement quality control processes and conduct site walks to monitor progress and address risks proactively.
• Serve as primary point of contact between Oracle and colocation providers, ensuring contract compliance and issue resolution.

What we're looking for

• 11+ years of experience in construction project management or equivalent education and experience.
• Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and contractors.
• Expertise in construction execution, quality assurance, design coordination, and change management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills for fast-paced environments.
• Experience in data center, mission-critical infrastructure, or large-scale industrial construction.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Saline, MI without direct authority over contractors.
• Military veterans with relevant experience in construction, engineering, or facilities are encouraged.
