What you'll do

  • Analyze shopper behavioral signals to identify anomalous patterns indicative of fraud or policy abuse.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to instrument new product features ensuring data integrity.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of analytical experience in payments, fraud, or identity domains.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with R/Python for complex data analysis.
  • Ability to identify root causes of metric changes and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis using relevant packages.
  • High proficiency in analytical visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
