What you'll do

Conduct ad-hoc analyses on large, messy, and disparate datasets to inform critical business decisions.
Create ETL processes to pull data from multiple sources and centralize it into single tables.
Develop data visualizations to monitor and quantify the impact of business changes and challenges.
Analyze stakeholder needs and partner with Operations, Finance, and Product teams on data accuracy.
Use Python or other scripting languages to automate reporting activities, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition.
Document all data processes and share technical knowledge with peers.
Mentor team members as a Subject Matter Expert in data analytics and business operations.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2 years of experience, a Master's degree, or 4 years of experience in a related field.
Must have 4-6 years of experience using SQL to manipulate data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity.
Must have 2-3 years of experience developing impactful Tableau dashboards with a user experience foundation.
Must possess business operations fluency to understand and root cause business problems.
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Experience with ecommerce operations or parcel carrier operations (preferred).
Experience with Python or other scripting languages (preferred).
Experience with data manipulation tools such as Knime, Alteryx, R, or Tableau Prep (preferred).
