What we're looking for

  • At least 7 years of experience in professional data analytics or related quantitative field.
  • Strong expertise in leading and developing with open-source data technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience creating dashboards and visualizations for business insights at scale.
  • Minimum 2 years of people management experience, including coaching and development.
  • Preferred: Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in quantitative fields like Statistics or Economics.
  • Strong executive communication skills for delivering core business reports to leadership.
