What you'll do

Define and standardize governing sales data infrastructure across global teams for consistent key metrics.
Develop advanced dashboards and reports using Power BI for accurate and accessible sales analytics.
Conduct deep-dive data analysis to generate actionable insights on customer behavior and lifecycle performance.

What we're looking for

6+ years experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence within a sales context.
Strong understanding of sales metrics, customer lifecycle, and best practices.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and global consent management regulations.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
