What you'll do

  • Maintain and manage SMB sales and partner hierarchy tables within Snowflake accurately.
  • Synchronize hierarchy data into Salesforce for reliable account, partner, and sales reporting.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards in Salesforce to support SMB sales leadership.
  • Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Establish processes to ensure data accuracy and governance across systems.
  • Monitor and resolve discrepancies between Snowflake and Salesforce data flows proactively.

What we're looking for

  • 2-5+ years experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Analytics or similar role
  • Proficient in Salesforce (data model, reporting, dashboards) and Snowflake (data querying, table structures)
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
  • Experience building reports and dashboards for business stakeholders
  • Attention to detail with commitment to data accuracy and governance
  • Familiarity with sales or partner hierarchy management preferred
  • Understanding of SMB sales or partner go-to-market models beneficial
