Senior Data Acquisition Expert

What you'll do

• Plan and execute data acquisition activities to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage issue escalations and risk prevention for all deliverables effectively.
• Develop and maintain departmental policies and training standards independently.
• Oversee vendor contracts and delivery in line with agreed milestones and scope.
• Support regulatory agency inspections and internal audits for real-time readiness.
• Lead the setup and maintenance of eSource systems according to best practices.
• Contribute to industry forums and working groups to influence external environment.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, CRO or Biotech industry.
• In-depth knowledge of data management practices and tools.
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines such as ICH-GCP and standards like HL7 FHIR.
• Advanced project and risk management skills with successful delivery track record.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix environment with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, influencing, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with EHR/EMR, Real-World Data, eDC systems, and data capture platforms.
