Data Acquisition Leader

What you'll do

• Drive the strategy and planning for data management activities within assigned scope.
• Manage resource demand, allocation, and utilization to meet current and future business needs.
• Independently manage issue escalations and adopt appropriate escalation pathways.
• Ensure compliance with department SOPs, policies, and regulatory guidance documents.
• Lead or contribute to the development of functional vendor contracts and oversee delivery.
• Enhance functional capabilities within data management through process improvements.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clinical data acquisition in assigned areas.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, CRO or Biotech industry.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory guidelines such as ICH-GCP.
• Proven track record leading teams to successful outcomes.
• Excellent planning and coordinating skills for clinical data reuse and strategy.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for matrix environments.
• Experience managing stakeholders, customers, and vendors in a collaborative setting.
• Knowledge of EHR/EMR, Real-World Data, eDC systems, and general data capture platforms.
