Senior Cybersecurity Analyst, OT Compliance

What you'll do

• Lead cybersecurity compliance, governance, and risk management activities across Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Conduct detailed analyses of security controls to assess the business impact of potential security issues.
• Manage and oversee cybersecurity assessments, remediation efforts, and continuous improvement of OT security processes.
• Support audit readiness by managing evidence collection for internal, external, and regulatory inspections.
• Perform incident detection, analysis, response planning, containment, eradication, forensics, and reporting.
• Execute vulnerability management tasks including web application scanning, vulnerability scanning, and coordinating penetration test remediations.
• Lead cybersecurity activities supporting SOX audits, including control testing coordination and auditor engagement.
• Provide technical guidance to configuration teams to integrate security principles into build and configuration processes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Professional certifications such as Security+, Network+, OSCP, GIAC, CEH, CISA, CISM, or CISSP are preferred.
• Experience in cybersecurity risk management and security governance for OT environments.
• Proficiency in vulnerability management, threat analysis, and intrusion detection.
• Ability to perform incident response, including containment, eradication, and forensics.
• Skills in security control management, policy management, and SIEM tools.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
