What you'll do

  • Define and manage program schedules, deliverables, and milestones aligned with strategic goals.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable tasks for engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Drive execution across engineering and operations teams to deliver high-quality results predictably.
  • Act as the primary interface with customers, facilitating reviews and managing issues throughout engagements.
  • Monitor program progress and collaborate with supplier and partner teams to meet deployment timelines.
  • Provide ongoing post-launch support, managing customer escalations and feedback for performance optimization.
  • Proactively communicate program status, risks, actions, and achievements to ensure alignment across stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of program/project management experience in cloud services or AI solution deployment environments.
  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI inference workflows, and hardware acceleration technologies (GPUs or edge compute).
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer-facing programs involving technical and business stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills for fostering trust across diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (equivalent experience accepted).
