What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end customer programs for datacenter GPU engagements from platform definition to long-term operational success.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by coordinating engineering teams for system validation and performance tuning.
  • Lead technical engagements with CSPs, OEM/ODMs, and direct enterprise customers on platform development and cluster bring-up.
  • Define program governance, milestones, KPIs, risk mitigation plans, and communication cadence with stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product Management to provide customer-driven feedback and influence roadmaps for hardware and software priorities.
  • Develop repeatable playbooks and validation methodologies for large-scale deployments to improve time-to-value and reliability.

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record leading large cross-functional customer programs for datacenter GPUs.
  • Extensive experience with datacenter hardware and software program execution.
  • Deep understanding of datacenter infrastructure, server architectures, and GPU software stacks.
  • Experience driving proof-of-concept to production ramps at scale in post-silicon environments.
  • Strong operational discipline defining KPIs and delivering measurable improvements.
  • Excellent executive communication skills engaging senior customer and partner leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
