Senior Customer Program Manager, AI Platform

What you'll do

• Define and manage program schedules, deliverables, and milestones aligned with customer and partner roadmaps.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable tasks for engineering, quality, logistics, and sales teams.
• Lead cross-functional execution by coordinating globally dispersed teams to resolve high-priority issues and concerns.
• Serve as the primary customer interface for technical discussions, design reviews, and bug tracking throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive program execution from initial design through production deployment to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Provide post-deployment sustaining support and act as a case manager for high-priority customer concerns.
• Communicate program health, risks, and key issues to internal leadership and external partners to ensure transparency.
• Define strategies for integrating complex AI model tech stacks into customer environments from proof-of-concept to production.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of program/project management experience in Cloud providers, Automotive, Robotics, or Physical AI industries.
• Strong technical background in hardware and/or software product development with experience working with cloud and AI solution providers.
• Experience driving AI Systems Orchestration and aligning engineering teams to scale large generative architectures.
• Consistent track record of leading complex, global programs through full development lifecycles into deployment and production.
• Excellent program management, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with Synthetic data generation pipelines and/or World Foundation Models (preferred).
