Senior Customer Program Manager, AI Platform

What you'll do

• Define and manage program schedules, deliverables, and milestones aligned with customer roadmaps and requirements.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable tasks for engineering, quality, logistics, and sales teams.
• Act as the primary interface for technical discussions, design reviews, and bug tracking throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive program execution from initial design through production deployment to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Provide post-deployment sustaining support by serving as a case manager for high-priority customer concerns.
• Communicate program health, risks, and key issues transparently to internal leadership and external partners.
• Develop strategies and execution plans for integrating complex AI model tech stacks into customer environments.
• Coordinate globally dispersed teams to ensure alignment on objectives across multi-cultural business environments.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of program/project management experience in Cloud providers, Automotive, Robotics, or Physical AI industries.
• Strong technical background in hardware and/or software product development with experience working with cloud and AI solution providers.
• Experience driving AI Systems Orchestration and scaling large generative architectures while managing compute resources and infrastructure.
• Proven track record of leading complex, global programs through full development lifecycles into production deployment.
• Excellent communication skills to distill complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to coordinate with globally dispersed teams in multi-cultural and multinational business environments.
• Experience with synthetic data generation pipelines or world foundation models is preferred.
