What we're looking for

5+ years of software engineering experience, including 1+ year with ML/AI applications.
Strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience with PyTorch or similar frameworks.
Expertise in A2A integration patterns such as REST/gRPC APIs, webhooks, and event-driven systems.
Ability to perform data analyst work, including SQL queries and dashboard interpretation.
Experience shipping production features and iterating based on real-world customer feedback.
