As a Senior Computer Vision and Machine Learning Engineer on Apple’s Creativity Apps team, you will work closely with creatives, designers, and engineers to develop cutting-edge technologies for creative editing tools. Your responsibilities include incubating state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms, managing the lifecycle of ML models from training to inference at scale, designing data pipelines, and communicating research developments to drive product roadmaps. What we're looking for
MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, with 5+ years industry experience in computational photography and machine learning.
Deep expertise in multimodal LLMs, Mixture of Experts, PEFT, RLHF, and hands-on experience with vision LLMs and instruction-following image editing models.
Strong track record delivering customer-facing products with computer vision, computational photography, or generative AI features.
Proficient in Python and deep learning toolkits like PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow for building, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models.
Excellent collaboration skills across organizations to drive alignment on large cross-functional projects.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
