What you'll do

• Drive a multi-year continuous improvement and automation roadmap for manual processes.
• Design and implement a global operating model with 24x5 follow-the-sun coverage.
• Establish program governance and align stakeholders across finance, engineering, compliance.
• Set up a pre-payment proof-of-execution validation process to mitigate improper payments.
• Develop and track KPIs for service delivery efficiency and quality.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead multi-year transformation roadmaps involving automation and AI integration.
• Strong critical judgment skills for assessing risks and solving complex problems.
• Experience in designing security-, privacy-, and regulatorily-compliant programs with minimal coaching.
• Demonstrated understanding of controls and compliance frameworks including risk management.
