What you'll do

Own and improve reliability for key Energy Cloud services powering electric grid programs.
Define and maintain SLOs/SLIs, ensuring they reflect real customer and business needs.
Lead rollout and continuous improvement of production observability across services.
Implement Production Readiness Reviews to ensure new services meet reliability standards before going live.
Design and implement robust backend services and automation to enhance system reliability and performance.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
Strong programming skills in Python, C#, Java, Go, and production-grade service development.
Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (Azure, GCP, AWS).
Expertise in observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines including automated testing and deployment strategies.
Proven track record of owning on-call responsibilities and leading incident response.
Deep familiarity with SRE principles and practices.
