As a Senior Associate in SEC Accounting, you will join a dynamic team at the forefront of financial reporting automation, working closely with business teams to enhance user experience and drive strategic initiatives. Your day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the implementation and optimization of Workiva for external reporting systems, engaging in Agile development processes, crafting technical requirements, and managing risks and dependencies. You will partner with key stakeholders to deliver best-in-class products, ensuring seamless integration across multiple platforms. Ideal candidates have at least one year of accounting or SEC reporting experience, along with a background in financial systems. Preferred qualifications include Workiva Wdesk expertise, experience translating business strategy into digital products, and working in an Agile environment. Assist Finance teams in leveraging Workiva and other technologies effectively.
Design and implement technical solutions for external reporting systems within Agile frameworks.
Identify and document business requirements for technology initiatives.
Craft epics and user stories for technology partners in an agile environment.
Manage risks, assumptions, and dependencies during project execution.
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of SEC reporting or accounting experience.
Experience with financial systems and Workiva Wdesk preferred.
