What you'll do

  • Define and maintain the Ansible Platform roadmap for feature evolution and enterprise adoption.
  • Design and build reusable automation frameworks with modular playbooks for enterprise-grade use.
  • Integrate Agentic AI systems to enhance playbook generation, validation, and automated remediation.
  • Lead platform upgrades, migrations, and cross-environment standardization for scalability.
  • Establish coding standards and testing frameworks for Ansible Platform governance.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in Architecture, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Expert proficiency with Ansible including playbooks, roles, collections, Jinja2, and modules.
  • Hands-on experience designing and operating the Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
  • Strong background in Linux engineering and configuration management.
  • Expertise in integrating automation with ServiceNow for CMDB, ITSM, and workflows.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
