What you'll do

Define and maintain the Ansible Platform roadmap for feature evolution and enterprise adoption.

Lead platform upgrades, migrations, and cross-environment standardization for scalability.
Establish coding standards and testing frameworks for Ansible Platform governance.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in Architecture, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
Expert proficiency with Ansible including playbooks, roles, collections, Jinja2, and modules.
Hands-on experience designing and operating the Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
Strong background in Linux engineering and configuration management.
Expertise in integrating automation with ServiceNow for CMDB, ITSM, and workflows.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
