What you'll do

Design and implement the Ansible Automation Platform including controller and execution environments.
Define and maintain the AAP roadmap for feature evolution and enterprise adoption.
Establish coding standards and security guardrails for platform governance.
Build reusable automation frameworks with modular playbooks for self-service capabilities.
Integrate Agentic AI systems to enhance automated remediation and troubleshooting.
Design automation patterns combining AI reasoning with Ansible execution for predictive operations.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
Expert proficiency with Ansible including playbooks, roles, collections, and Jinja2 templates.
Hands-on experience designing and operating the Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
Experience integrating automation with ServiceNow for CMDB, ITSM, and workflows.
Deep Linux engineering background and configuration management expertise.
Familiarity with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP for automation tasks.
