Senior Analyst, Compliance Technology

What you'll do

• Build and maintain curated datasets and data models for transaction monitoring, KYC, and screening systems.
• Own data quality by implementing validation checks, lineage tracking, and documentation for audit-ready compliance outputs.
• Partner with engineering teams to close upstream data gaps and standardize instrumentation across the platform.
• Translate complex compliance requirements into scalable data structures and feature sets.
• Improve detection signal quality by reducing noise while maintaining sensitivity in monitoring systems.
• Develop measurement frameworks to evaluate coverage, timeliness, and stability of compliance controls.
• Build repeatable reporting pipelines for use by leadership teams, operations staff, and auditors.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or data-heavy technical roles.
• Advanced SQL proficiency including complex transformations, performance tuning, and data quality checks.
• Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and data models using tools such as dbt or Airflow.
• Python skills applied to automation, pipeline development, and data analysis.
• Ability to execute on ambiguous, cross-functional projects in regulated environments with clear communication.
• Proficiency in utilizing generative AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency and quality.
