What you'll do

Lead the development of large-scale models to predict member needs across multiple financial verticals.
Build recommendation logic that balances immediate revenue with long-term member trust and lifetime value.
Define metrics to quantify business outcomes including revenue, engagement, and user experience.
Translate complex technical AI subject matter into actionable insights for non-technical business partners.
Solve technical challenges using Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and Generative AI for personal finance products.
Identify business problems, propose technical solutions, and manage the full lifecycle through to production.

What we're looking for

MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline.
5+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
Expert proficiency in Python and SQL with deep experience in modern ML/DL frameworks.
Experience with ranking, retrieval, and multi-stage recommendation architectures.
Proven ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and link model performance to business outcomes.
Experience driving monetization, member engagement, and long-term member value through AI (preferred).
Experience working on large scale AI systems including generative AI, AI infrastructure, and data foundations (preferred).
Experience in an 'Ads' or 'Marketplace' environment managing trade-offs between different product categories (preferred).
