Senior AI Ops Engineer, Infrastructure

What you'll do

• Build and operate high-throughput ingestion and feature pipelines for infrastructure telemetry data.
• Train, validate, and tune unsupervised and time-series models to detect infrastructure anomalies.
• Build dynamic service and infrastructure topology graphs and design event correlation logic.
• Write, test, and version remediation automation using Terraform or Ansible with tested rollback paths.
• Instrument and monitor production models and automations while participating in an on-call rotation.
• Develop model cards and documentation to support model governance and risk assessment.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on infrastructure, platform, or site-reliability engineering experience.
• Strong programming and scripting ability in Python plus Go or a comparable systems language.
• Practical experience productionizing ML models for anomaly detection, forecasting, or capacity modeling using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Deep experience with infrastructure-as-code and orchestration tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Kubernetes operators.
• Experience writing operational automation with rollback, compensating actions, and approval-gated execution for infrastructure changes.
• Ability to debug and reason about live production infrastructure incidents under time pressure in a regulated environment.
• Experience designing and operationalizing model-driven capacity management or anomaly-detection capabilities (preferred).
