Strong understanding of professional services lifecycle and delivery operations.
Experience with API design, system integration, and data pipelines for AI outputs.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages used in AI engineering.
Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and enterprise implementation approaches.
Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering techniques including chain-of-thought reasoning and structured output generation.
