Senior AI Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and own enterprise-grade Agentic AI systems for Supply Chain use cases including multi-agent architectures and RAG pipelines.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and perform technical design for end-to-end integration testing.
• Implement agentic AI solutions using LLMs, agentic frameworks, and NVIDIA’s NeMo and AIQ technologies.
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise IT and Operations data sources while maintaining strong content security.
• Drive architectural decisions for deployment models across on-prem, cloud, hybrid, and containerized environments.
• Define agent autonomy boundaries, human-in-the-loop workflows, and escalation strategies for supply chain use cases.
• Design and implement observability and evaluation frameworks to monitor latency, accuracy, cost, and hallucination analysis.
• Manage development team activities and develop Hypercare support models for production systems.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software architecture, systems design, or enterprise platform engineering.
• Hands-on expertise in Python for production-grade AI systems, SQL, JSON, and backend service development (Java a plus).
• Proficiency in AI/ML systems, generative AI, or agentic AI frameworks including LLMs, RAG architectures, and agent orchestration.
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, retrieval optimization, and multi-agent communication patterns.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms like ERP, CRM, or ITSM with APIs and data connectors.
• Strong technical solution design, analytical skills, and ability to communicate complex architectural concepts.
• Experience with containerized deployments, Kubernetes, and NVIDIA AI technologies such as NeMo or AIQ (preferred).
