What you'll do

  • Manage the product backlog and define user stories for Immuta platform alignment with strategic roadmap.
  • Design and implement data access policies ensuring secure, least-privilege access to sensitive data assets.
  • Oversee end-to-end data access lifecycle to ensure full auditability and compliance with business and security standards.
  • Partner with Information Security, Data Engineering, and Compliance teams to capture requirements for enterprise data access strategies.
  • Provide clear documentation and evidence of access controls and policy enforcement for internal and external audits.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience managing complex data access policies and workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of Information Security principles and IAM best practices.
  • Familiarity with major data privacy regulations like HIPAA, SOX, and GDPR.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating compliance requirements to technical teams.
  • Experience working with data governance tools and cloud security principles.
  • Knowledge of data discovery, classification, and ML/AI compliance implications.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM preferred.
