What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in data infrastructure or distributed systems at scale.
Deep expertise in modern data lakehouse architectures and open table formats.
Hands-on experience with distributed query and compute systems, including performance tuning.
Proven track record in event-driven infrastructure: Kafka for high-throughput ingestion and Flink for stream processing.
Experience owning and executing major platform transitions from design to production rollout.
