As a Security Incident Response, Senior Analyst on the DART team, you will serve as an incident commander responsible for managing security issues from start to finish. You will analyze security alerts, focus on workforce security risks, and lead root cause analysis sessions to prevent future incidents. Your daily work involves investigating complex problems, gathering evidence for legal teams, and building knowledge base documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will work with tools including SIEM, SOAR, SQL, Splunk, KQL, Okta, Microsoft Entra, and cloud environments like GCP, AWS, and Azure. You will also use Python, Ruby, or bash for automation while navigating large datasets to identify threats within the workforce security domain.

What you'll do

Analyze and respond to security alerts with a focus on workforce security risks.
Act as the Incident Commander to own and manage investigations from start to finish.
Partner with the Legal team to gather evidence and develop mitigation strategies for sensitive cases.
Implement new alerts to improve detection capabilities across infrastructure and applications.
Lead root cause analysis sessions to identify and prevent the recurrence of security incidents.
Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation for technical and legal stakeholders.
Identify emerging trends in the security landscape to recommend proactive improvements.

What we're looking for

Understanding of information security fundamentals, including threat models and detection techniques.
Knowledge of security issues affecting web applications, infrastructure, and internal systems.
Experience with logging and data analysis tools such as SIEM, SOAR, SQL, Splunk, or KQL.
Familiarity with UEBA tools and IAM systems like Okta or Microsoft Entra.
Knowledge of cloud environments and security logs across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
Comfort running and debugging scripts in Python, Ruby, or bash to automate work.
Experience in digital forensics or workforce security investigations (preferred).
Experience handling sensitive investigations such as employment or legal matters (preferred).
