Security Adoption Engineer

What you'll do

• Manage concurrent engagements with hundreds of engineering teams on security product adoption.
• Lead discovery calls to assess each team's architecture and barriers to adopting security tools.
• Develop tailored deployment plans for each team based on their unique constraints and needs.
• Identify systemic issues across multiple teams and work with product engineering to resolve them.
• Serve as a technical liaison, translating complex technical details into clear action items for stakeholders.
• Continuously improve the adoption process by reducing manual steps and enhancing user experience.

What we're looking for

• Experience in systems administration, DevOps, or site reliability engineering roles.
• Practical familiarity with server-side environments including Linux/Unix, shell scripting (bash), infrastructure tooling, and version control (Git).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for managing multiple workstreams independently.
• Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent engagements across hundreds of internal teams.
• Experience identifying systemic issues and advocating for structural improvements in large-scale deployments.
