What you'll do

  • Translate complex data signals into actionable insights for senior leaders.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to identify emerging trends in Fraud Ops and Dispute Ops.
  • Evaluate AI-enabled workflows to improve decision accuracy and automation effectiveness.
  • Design A/B tests and develop sizing models to quantify the impact of changes.
  • Create executive-level summaries with quantified impacts and recommended next steps.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years experience in analytics within Trust & Safety, Fraud, Risk, or Support Operations.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data analysis and Python/R for modeling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Expertise in statistics, causal inference, experiment design, and anomaly detection.
  • Experience evaluating AI/ML systems and monitoring their performance metrics.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment and decision-making.
