What you'll do

Collaborate with Chief Engineers and Architects to shape weapon system design objectives.
What we're looking for
10+ years of technical management experience leading complex programs
Proven ability to develop and administer budgets and performance standards
Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodology, DevOps, and restricted DoD environments
Experience integrating software and hardware in lab settings for large aerospace projects
Strong leadership skills with the capability to influence executive-level decisions
Familiarity with Northrop Grumman project execution processes and procedures
