What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach with certification.
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills in an Agile development environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, and SAFe.
- Experience working on software, firmware, or hardware products in a technical role.
- Ability to facilitate team events and remove impediments effectively.
- Knowledge of Rockwell Automation products or other industrial control equipment preferred.
- Skill in communicating progress and reporting metrics at all organizational levels.
