What you'll do

Manage technical ownership of robotic production systems and related processes.
Program robots in operational environments to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
Ensure procedural compliance during robotic welding operations on the production floor.
Collaborate with vendors for robotic system upgrades to improve fabrication capabilities.
Conduct root cause analyses and evaluate solutions for various technical issues.
Provide technical guidance on all robotic welding processes including cutting, grinding, and more.
Coordinate with stakeholders from Engineering, Operations, Program Management, and Navy Customer.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Robotic Engineering, Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Software/Computer Engineering
5+ years of relevant job experience post graduation
Proficiency with programming languages such as ABB RAPID, FANUC KAREL, Python, Java, and JavaScript
Experience working independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
Strong background in technical writing for procedures, reports, briefings, memos, and other submittals
