What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or Mathematical Statistics.
  • At least 6 years of experience.
  • Fellow of Society of Actuaries or equivalent certification (waivable with more relevant experience).
  • Advanced skills in actuarial science and risk modeling (preferred).
  • Experience utilizing complex data analysis for strategic forecasting (preferred).
  • Excellence in financial risk management and financial modeling (preferred).
  • Ability to apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems (preferred).
  • Ability to lead teams through ambiguity while crafting impactful messages and providing coaching (preferred).
