  • Experience in incident management with hands-on support for response and resolution over 3+ years.
  • Ability to analyze trends and leverage data to drive proactive reliability improvements.
  • Familiarity with retail systems, workflows, and experience in a 24x7 operational environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability in high-pressure situations.
  • Experience collaborating with SRE, engineering, infrastructure, and business operations teams.
