Join Accenture’s Global Responsible AI team within the Data & AI Practice as an experienced consultant with a minimum of 12 years in management consulting, focusing on policy, standards, and regulation. You will engage clients to sell Responsible AI projects, shape client engagements, and act as a subject matter expert for Responsible AI within data science teams. Your day-to-day involves assessing the latest developments in AI policies, creating regulatory overviews, and engaging with key stakeholders. Ideal candidates have experience in government bodies or corporate teams focused on Responsible AI, along with knowledge of data & AI regulations, compliance, and standards. Prior exposure to data science strategy and business analytics is a plus. This role requires strong stakeholder management, risk assessment, and project management skills, with an opportunity for thought leadership through publications or white papers in the field of ethical AI.
Develop and lead client projects focusing on policy, standards, and regulatory advisory for Responsible AI.
Act as a subject matter expert in Responsible AI within data science teams.
Assess the latest developments in data and AI policy and standards.
Create an overview of key AI regulation developments to inform clients and stakeholders.
Engage with key stakeholders in the policy and regulatory space to shape AI standards.
What we're looking for
At least 12 years of experience in management consulting, including work with government/regulatory bodies or corporate teams focused on Responsible AI.
Deep knowledge and practical application of data and AI regulations, compliance, standards, and risk assessment.
Expertise in designing and implementing operating models, governance structures, and controls for Responsible AI.
Strong stakeholder management skills to engage key stakeholders within the policy and regulatory space.
Consulting experience with a focus on ethical and responsible AI principles, policies, and operating models.
Ability to lead project workstreams and manage resources in a matrix organization (preferred).
Published thought leadership or academic papers in Responsible/ Ethical AI fields (advantageous).
