Renewals Specialist

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned customer accounts to ensure timely renewals.
• Engage with customers 120 days in advance to secure renewals and maintain strong relationships.
• Prepare accurate renewal quotes and contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Utilize data tools to track renewal performance, forecast renewals, and identify at-risk accounts.
• Provide regular updates on renewal status and key metrics to the management team.

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing sales or revenue roles.
• Proven track record of achieving performance targets and metrics.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
