What you'll do

Conduct Failure Mode, Effects & Criticality Analyses (FMECA) and generate reliability block diagrams.
Develop and execute reliability growth plans; analyze trends to prioritize corrective actions.
Support design reviews, test activities, and prepare for Failure Review Board (FRB) meetings.
Participate in Corrective Action Boards (CAB) and Failure Review Boards, presenting findings and recommendations.
Identify FRACAS trends, drive investigations, and implement mitigation strategies.

What we're looking for

Experience with performing reliability predictions, analyses, and FMECA processes.
Proficient in reliability FRACAS, statistical data mining, and process control methods.
Ability to manage subcontractors and collaborate effectively across engineering teams.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical or related field plus 5 years of professional experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with technical writing and presentation abilities.
Active Secret clearance required for the position.
