What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of reliability engineering experience with expertise in FRACAS and trend analysis.
Strong root cause analysis, risk assessment, and data interpretation skills; proficiency with reliability standards (MIL STD 1629A, IEC 60812).
Knowledge of failure physics, degradation mechanisms, and material behavior under stress.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including technical writing and presentations.
