What you'll do

  • Lead iteration and release management ceremonies for complex initiatives.
  • Develop and govern an integrated release calendar across multiple teams.
  • Coordinate with engineering, testing, operations to align scope and timelines.
  • Partner with Cutover Lead to ensure alignment of release plans and strategies.
  • Provide release readiness inputs for cutover governance and Go/No-Go decisions.
  • Collaborate with other Release Managers to synchronize cross-application releases.
  • Apply branching, versioning, and release strategies aligned with CI/CD pipelines.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Release Engineering or Release Management within Agile and DevOps environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong expertise in Jira, Confluence, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and modern branching strategies.
  • Experience working in cloud-based and enterprise-scale engineering ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to use AI-assisted techniques for release analysis and risk identification.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information clearly.
