Regional Security Manager

What you'll do

• Manage daily security operations for North America and support South American sites.
• Provide security guidance to internal customers on risk mitigation and safety measures.
• Coordinate with GIS teams and stakeholders to implement security strategies and improvements.
• Integrate security risk management principles into Amazon LEO ground infrastructure operations.
• Oversee vendor-provided guarding services to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
• Support incident response for physical security incidents, coordinating regional and Amazon Security teams.

What we're looking for

• Over 7 years of experience in physical security management, including risk assessment and incident response.
• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security, Law Enforcement, Business Management, Accounting or related fields.
• Experience leading security risk assessments across multi-site global operations with threat analysis and vulnerability identification.
• Professional background in security program and project management, strategy development, and vendor coordination.
• Ability to manage physical security systems such as access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV surveillance.
• Travel 25% or more for site visits and stakeholder meetings.
