What you'll do

  • Coordinate logistics and facilitate workshops to enhance branch network performance.
  • Coach new District Managers on management routines, behavior skills, and affluent activities.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement through workshop observations and feedback.
  • Serve as a key consultant during performance evaluations of Branch Managers.
  • Support the facilitation of District Manager-led Branch Manager meetings.
  • Collect feedback and evaluate effectiveness of customer and employee-facing pilots.
  • Explain "why" behind behaviors and guide effective execution to support development.

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience in business execution, implementation, or strategic planning
  • Strong understanding of the Behavior Framework and its role in branch performance improvement
  • Expert knowledge of the Behavior Framework, Management Cycle, and affluent activities
  • Ability to coach and influence across multiple levels without direct authority
  • Proven written, verbal, and presentation skills for dynamic workshop facilitation
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
