What we're looking for

3+ years of frontend engineering experience
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript
Experience building responsive, data-intensive web applications with strong performance
Ability to ramp quickly in new codebases and deliver consistent output in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication skills for early risk identification and cross-functional collaboration
Comfort working in a distributed team environment with various stakeholders
Good judgment on when to act independently versus escalate or seek support
