What you'll do

  • Lead R&D for Pall's MicroE Business Unit to achieve strategic growth targets through innovation.
  • Define and deploy device and cleaning strategies aligned with corporate objectives in new product development.
  • Provide scientific leadership in filtration/purification and effective device design for semiconductor fabrication processes.
  • Serve as the principal liaison between R&D and MicroE BU Leadership Team, translating customer challenges into actionable deliverables.
  • Drive continuous improvement in R&D processes using Danaher Business Systems (DBS) tools.

What we're looking for

  • Ph.D. in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering or related field with at least 10 years of R&D and product development experience.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional global teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Technical expertise within the semiconductor process development community.
  • Strong understanding of filter design, fluid dynamics, chemical hydromechanics, electrochemistry, and advanced membrane technology.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships at all levels of business.
  • Familiarity with analytical techniques for quantifying organic and inorganic impurities related to wafer defects.
