What you'll do

  • Define and execute an AI-first engineering strategy for front-end and back-end platforms.

  • Establish and enforce modern engineering practices like Agile, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Build and lead a high-performing global engineering team in UI, full-stack, backend disciplines.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into technology investments.

What we're looking for

  • Over 15 years of application development experience with at least 8 years leading large engineering teams in a global organization.
  • Proven track record delivering client-facing platforms in financial services, specifically within Investor Services or Custody environments.
  • Expertise in modern front-end technologies including React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, and micro-frontend architecture patterns.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud-native design, microservices, event-driven systems, and API-first development with experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Fluency across the full technology stack including back-end languages like Java and messaging systems such as Kafka.
  • Strong leadership skills to build high-performing global engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
