As a SoC RAS and Manageability Controller Firmware Developer at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., you will join a dynamic team to enable the management solution for upcoming products by developing embedded firmware that manages error, debug, and telemetry features across various verticals. Your day-to-day responsibilities include driving the firmware development lifecycle from design through verification in both pre-silicon and post-silicon environments, utilizing an RTOS to develop core firmware stacks, and engaging with open-source communities for processor architecture support. You will work closely with hardware and firmware teams on silicon bring-up and debug, contributing to reliability solutions for future Qualcomm CPUs. What we're looking for
BS/BEng in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with 8+ years in embedded firmware development.
Proficient in C and assembly programming for debugging and writing firmware.
Experience developing core firmware stack using RTOS for power management controllers.
Familiarity with ARM RAS specifications and related software components.
Expertise in driver development within RTOS or OS Kernel environments.
Demonstrated experience with embedded operating systems like Zephyr, eCos, uC/OS, FreeRTOS.
Experience developing and debugging firmware in pre-silicon environments.
