What you'll do

  • Execute analytics to assess and improve portfolio performance across acquisition, spend, engagement, retention, and attrition.
  • Develop measurement approaches to identify key drivers of performance and quantify opportunity size.
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for partnership strategy and rewards optimization.
  • Build and maintain recurring partner reporting and performance narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Present insights and recommendations in clear, decision-ready formats to senior management and partner executives.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with 2+ years of applied data analytics experience
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets
  • Experience using statistical tools (Python, R, or SAS) for analysis and insight communication
  • Strong analytical skills to structure business questions into testable analyses
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across teams at various levels
