What you'll do

  • Analyze and visualize digital customer behavior to produce clear narratives and recommendations.
  • Develop and measure OKRs for digital products and monitor performance drivers.
  • Design and deliver statistically sound A/B test readouts for data-informed decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve digital CSAT, engagement, and deepen customer relationships.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on digital data and analytics best practices.

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience analyzing digital product usage or customer experiences
  • Strong ability to translate quantitative findings into actionable recommendations for business leaders
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or SAS for querying large data platforms
  • Experience with digital analytics measurement and interpretation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, influencing stakeholders across levels
  • Bachelor’s degree required (data science, mathematics, statistics, or related field preferred)
  • Hands-on experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests
