What you'll do

  • Monitor fraud trends and customer issues to identify opportunities for improving fraud strategy effectiveness.
  • Use internal and external data sources along with advanced analytics tools to improve fraud detection accuracy.
  • Work with product, technology, and operations teams to develop new capabilities for better fraud detection and treatment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and adopt best practices in fraud prevention and mitigation.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and drive execution to balance short-term and long-term solutions in fraud management.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of risk management or data analytics experience required
  • Proven track record in collaborating with internal teams and external partners
  • Strategic thinking and roadmap development skills for short-term and long-term solutions
  • Expertise in using AI and machine learning for innovative fraud detection solutions
  • Strong process and project management abilities to drive capability development
  • Experience in product management and relevant fraud strategy roles
